Terms of service

The service is provided by MD Zahid Hasan, an individual (“Scaling Protos”, “we”), Tax ID to be completed, to be completed, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: support@scalingprotos.com. Full details are in the legal notice.

• Snapshot, free. A shortened report: the overall score and all five dimensions, comparable companies, assumptions, stop rules, recommendations and cited sources. It leaves out the three views, named risks, the primary channel and the model's estimate.
• Evidence Pack, €299 including VAT. One full report: everything in the snapshot, plus the three views with GO / HOLD calls, named risks with mitigations, the primary channel with cost per lead and timeline, a revenue and timeline estimate labelled as the model's, and a PDF. One payment buys one Evidence Pack.

Reports are produced with AI from your answers, public sources and our pool of public company data. Every claim cites a source or is labelled as an inference. A report is decision support, not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and a score is an estimate, not a promise about what investors or customers will do.

You must be 18 or over. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Payments are taken by Stripe by card (including Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, VAT included. Stripe sends the receipt.

Your Evidence Pack is used by your next evaluation. If that evaluation fails because a source or the language model is unavailable, the pack is not used up and you can run it again.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The Evidence Pack is digital content. At checkout you ask us to deliver it as soon as you run your evaluation, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the report has been generated. Until then, write to support@scalingprotos.com within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full, using the same payment method, within 14 days.

Your answers and documents stay yours. You allow us to use them only to produce and show your reports, as described in the privacy notice. We never add them to the public pool. Your reports are yours to keep, share and forward.

• Do not upload content you have no right to share, or personal data about other people without a lawful basis.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access other people’s data.
• Do not resell reports or automated access to the service without our written agreement.

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what you paid for and you have not used it, we refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for our intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to a business customer is limited to the amount it paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings → Privacy and data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live and can bring a claim in its courts.
